Got a good amount of work done today. Removed the whole intake assembly, battery, ignition, front bumper, coolant resovwar, coolant line's, and the hot side charge pipe. Next thing's to do is is remove the downpipe from the o2 housing so I can get at the famous under heatshield of the exhaust manifold. This heat shield is known to take some guys about 6 hours of hacking to get it fully removed. Then remove the o2housing and then finnaly the exhaust manifold. I set up all my oil and water lines so its just to the point of attaching them to the new turbo assembly. We have all friday and saturday to get drunk and finish the car.

I have pretty much everything removed.I have 1 oil line to remove from the bearing's then I can compltely remove the turbo from the manifold. The turbine wheel will come out along with the compressor since the turbine's housing is built into the exhaust manifold. I just need some extra hand's. By Friday night, I should be at the point where I will be able to place the new turbo onto the new manifold. Im just praying that my stock exhaust manifold gasket is still in good condition since I dont have a spare.
New 750cc Injectors are a snap to swap in but weel need to drop the fuel tank to swap in the Walbro fuel pump. Then its just up to plugging in the SCT tuner and starting the car.
